GeorgeLiPoker is a poker coaching service run by George Li LLC. In this policy "we" and "us" mean George Li LLC and the service. You can reach us at hello@georgelipoker.com. ## What we collect. - Details you give us: your email address and name when you sign in, book a session, make a purchase, apply for the program or send a message; for a program application, how long you have played, the formats and stakes you play, your goal and how you found us; what you want to focus on in a session; hand histories you send for review; messages you send us. - Booking details: the date and time of your sessions and the history of each booking (booked, moved, cancelled), with the reminders we sent. - Payment details: Stripe collects your card details and they never reach us. We keep the amount, the date, what you bought, and Stripe's customer and payment references. - Technical data: your IP address is used to limit abuse and is stored only as a one-way hash next to sign-in codes and messages; our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs. The site runs no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. When you enter a sign-in code we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days, and signing out clears it. ## How we use it. To run the service: schedule and deliver sessions and reviews, send sign-in codes, confirmations and reminders, take payments and give refunds, answer your messages, keep the site secure and working, and meet legal and tax duties. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. ## Who handles it for us. Stripe for payments. Our hosting provider, which serves the site and stores our data. Google Workspace, which sends our email and holds our inbox. An AI language-model service, reached through an AI gateway, to which the text of a message you send to hello@georgelipoker.com goes so our support system can sort it and prepare a reply; we review and send every reply ourselves. They process data only to provide those services to us. ## How long we keep it. Hand histories and our written reviews are deleted 24 months after the review is delivered, or 24 months after you send them if no review is delivered. Sign-in codes and sign-in records are removed the next time anyone signs in once they are a day old (codes) or a day past expiry (sessions). Booking, application, message and account records stay until you ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept for at least 7 years, the period tax and accounting rules ask for. Emails you send us stay in our inbox until we delete them. ## Your choices and rights. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by emailing hello@georgelipoker.com from the address on your account; we reply within 45 days. There is no download button: for an export we send you a copy by email. If you live in a place that gives you more rights, such as California or the European Economic Area, you have them and we honor them. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. ## What a deletion removes. When we carry out an approved deletion we remove your bookings with their history, reminders and manage links, your Game Assessment credit, every hand review with your hand text and our written review, your program application, your contact messages and applications sent from your email address, your sign-in codes and sessions, and your email address and name. We also remove saved checkout details and the link to your Stripe customer record. Emails you sent us stay in our inbox, outside our booking system, so say in your request that you want them removed too and we remove them. If a booking still stands, a hand review has not been written or a refund is not settled, we finish that first and then delete. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own rules. ## What a deletion keeps. The record of what you paid for and used: the amount, the date, what you bought, what you used and any refund, kept for at least 7 years for tax and bookkeeping. After a deletion it is tied only to an account number and carries no name or email address. We also keep a log of our own commands that names only ids and outcomes. ## Age. The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. ## Security. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires. ## Changes. When we change this policy we change the date above; if the change is significant we email account holders.
