# Terms of service

The terms for booking 60-minute poker coaching sessions, buying packages and using the free tools on GeorgeLiPoker.

## 1. The service.

GeorgeLiPoker provides poker coaching, mental game coaching, hand reviews, a program, free calculators and educational content. It is run by George Li LLC. By booking, buying or using the site you agree to these terms.

## 2. Who can use it.

You must be 18 or older. Poker coaching here is educational. We do not offer or run real-money games, and we do not arrange, promote or link to any gambling operator. You are responsible for following the laws where you live and play.

## 3. No promise of results.

Poker involves a risk of financial loss. Coaching, reviews, tools and content are given to help you think about decisions; they are not financial advice and they do not promise any result, win rate or income. Mental game coaching is educational coaching about decisions and routines. It is not therapy, counseling or medical care and does not replace them.

## 4. Sessions and credits.

A session is 60 minutes by video. Buying a package gives you credits that you use to book sessions or submit hands for review. Credits expire on the date shown at purchase, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value except through the refund policy. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session. Inside 24 hours the credit is used, unless we cancel or move the session, in which case the credit is always returned. If you are more than 15 minutes late the session may end at its scheduled time.

## 5. Hand reviews.

You send us hands you played or watched. You confirm they are yours to share. We return a written review of each hand and, in the Hand Review Pack, a recorded video walkthrough within 5 business days of a complete submission.

## 6. Recordings.

We do not record sessions unless you ask and we agree in writing.

## 7. Payments and refunds.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds follow the Refund policy.

## 8. Your content and ours.

You keep the rights to what you send us. You give us permission to use it to provide your service. The site, the tools and the content belong to George Li LLC. You may not copy the site's text or design.

## 9. Acceptable use.

Do not misuse the tools, scrape the site at a rate that harms it, attempt to break into accounts, or use the service for anything unlawful.

## 10. Limits.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## 11. Ending the service.

You can stop at any time. We may close an account for breach of these terms; if we do so without cause we will refund unused credits.

## 12. Changes.

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

## 13. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where George Li LLC is organized and its courts have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home place gives you a right to go to court there.
