Refund policy

Your first package is protected for 7 days.
Your first paid session package, hand review pack or program can be refunded within 7 days of payment. Email hello@georgelipoker.com or use the refund button in your account. The Game Assessment is not part of this: it is refunded in full if you cancel 24 hours or more before it starts, or if you have not booked it and its 30 days have not run out, and not once it has taken place. A cancelled assessment either returns its credit to your account or goes back to your card, not both. If you buy a package after your assessment, that package is still your first package.
What you get back.
The price you paid, minus the value of anything you have used: $150 for each session held or booked inside 24 hours and $55 for each hand you have sent for review. If you have used nothing, you get the full price back.
Examples.
Five Sessions ($750) with one session held: you get back $600. Hand Review Pack ($275) with nothing submitted: you get back $275. Eight-Week Program ($1,750) with nothing booked or submitted: you get back $1,750. Game Assessment, then Five Sessions with your assessment counted ($600) with nothing used: you get back $600.
After 7 days, and later purchases.
After 7 days, and for packages after your first, unused credits stay valid until they expire and are not refunded, except where we cancel a session and cannot reschedule it, in which case we refund the unused value.
How it is paid.
Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. We confirm each refund by email.
